INGREDIENTS:

Water, Butylene Glycol, Tetrapeptide, Palmitoyl Tripeptide, Collagen Amino Acids, Dexpanthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Apply to a clean face before applying makeup.  Eyelids and eyelashes must be completely clean and dry.  Dip the brush once per eye and wipe off any excess product from the brush before applying. Apply along the upper lash line or above the brow area. Wipe off any excess serum to avoid getting it in your eyes.  For best results, use daily.
